Description: Hybrid planning application consisting of:

Full planning application for the erection of two replacement poultry houses for poultry rearing (pullets) and the repositioning of existing access; Outline planning application for the erection of a farm manager’s dwelling.

The above planning application is to be considered by the Planning Committee on 08 January 2020 and the recommendation from the Head of Development Services is that permission be Granted.  Planning Committee is a public meeting and you are welcome to attend.  The meeting starts at 6.00pm and is held at the Town Hall, Parade, Royal Leamington Spa.

If you wish to speak, you must notify us by 12 noon on the working day before the meeting.

On the day of the meeting, please ensure you arrive at the Town Hall between 5.15pm and 5.30pm.  This allows officers time to explain the way the meeting will run and answer any questions you may have.

Please note that your presentation to Planning Committee should not introduce new issues or matters that have not been raised previously in your submissions to the Council and handouts or photographs cannot be circulated at the meeting.

Change of Meeting Date

Please note that the Parish Council’s September meeting has been brought forward from 10 September to enable the planning application for 12 affordable homes off Curlieu Lane to be considered and responded to before the deadline of 6 September. The meeting will now take place in the Church Room at 7.45pm on Monday 2 September.

At the Ordinary Meeting being held on Monday 2 September, Norton Lindsey Parish Council will be considering the outline planning application for the development of 12 no affordable homes on Grade 3 Agricultural Lane on Gannaway Farm, Brick Kiln Close, Norton Lindsey.
